assistance to caregivers and make life better for you.
Caregiver support groups meet at senior centers, nursing
homes and adult day centers across Rhode Island. To learn

Travelers Aid Society of Rhode Island offers a 24 hour
Information and Referral Service and maintains an
extensive listing of support groups and community
resources. Please call:
• Travelers Aid at 521-2255 or 1-800-367-2700.
National organizations such as the Alzheimer’s
Association, American Cancer Society and the American
Lung Association also maintain local chapters in the state
and may provide assistance and support. These numbers are
also contained within the business section of your local
phone book.
